Blaxland

Blaxland is a town in the City of Blue Mountains, about 57 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Great Western Highway forms the village’s commercial spine, where a major overhaul widened the road, created space for shops and prompted refurbishments. Blaxland railway station is on the Blue Mountains Line, and the town also has a small industrial estate.

The market is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors, medical or consulting suites, and a smaller supply of warehouses and factories. Leasing comparisons include Emu Plains, Springwood and Jamisontown.
