Beverly Hills is a southern Sydney suburb in the City of Canterbury-Bankstown, about 15 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. King Georges Road is the main neighbourhood trading strip near Beverly Hills railway station, with restaurants, cafes, retail shops and local services. The station is on the Airport & South Line, while the M5 Motorway connects the area with Sydney Airport, the CBD and western Sydney.

Beverly Hills is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors and shopfronts suited to professional practices and local customer-facing businesses. The commercial strip has a strong food, service and neighbourhood role rather than a large-format business-park character. Kingsgrove, Penshurst and Peakhurst are useful comparisons.
