Bethania

Bethania is a suburb in Logan City, about 28 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. High Road is the principal local road, with Station Road connecting the commercial area to Bethania railway station and the main Beenleigh railway line. The suburb lies south of the Logan River, and lower-lying areas are affected by river flooding.

Bethania is a mixed commercial market, with development sites, medical or consulting suites and warehouses and factories forming the available commercial categories. The railway station provides regular Queensland Rail City network services to Brisbane and Beenleigh. Waterford West, Loganholme and Meadowbrook are useful comparisons.
