Berrinba is a northern mixed-use suburb in Logan City, about 21 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Gilmore Road and Australand Drive serve the industrial-park areas, with the Logan Motorway entering from the north-west and crossing the locality. Industrial parks occupy land north and south of the motorway, while residential land sits immediately south of it.

Berrinba is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories located within business-park settings. The motorway connection supports a practical logistics and operational role. Logan Central, Kingston and Browns Plains provide useful comparisons.
