Beresfield

Beresfield is a north-western Newcastle suburb in the City of Newcastle, about 124 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Enterprise Drive forms an estate spine within a suburb shaped by industrial activity, while Anderson Drive divides the locality and the New England Highway passes through it. Beresfield railway station is served by the Hunter line.

Beresfield is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories suited to trade, logistics and operational businesses. Its industrial role is reinforced by the area's history of mining and major processing employment. Black Hill, Thornton and East Maitland are relevant comparisons.
