Bentley

Bentley is a southern Perth suburb in the City of Canning, about 7 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Brodie Hall Drive and Coolgardie Street sit within the commercial and industrial part of the suburb east of Albany Highway. Bentley is home to Curtin University's main campus and Technology Park, with bus services linking it to Perth City, Cannington and Oats Street station.

Bentley has an office and consulting market centred on office suites and floors. Technology Park and the university setting give the suburb a business and institutional character, while its wider commercial area remains distinct from the residential land to the west. East Victoria Park, Victoria Park and Welshpool are useful comparisons.
