Bellevue

Bellevue is an eastern Perth suburb spanning the City of Swan and Shire of Mundaring, about 16 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Clayton Street is an estate-style commercial road, with Edward Street providing another local industrial frontage. The suburb lies at the foot of Greenmount on the Darling Scarp, between the Helena River and Great Eastern Highway, and contains a mix of residential, industrial and parkland areas.

Bellevue is an industrial and distribution precinct, where warehouses and factories form the practical core of the commercial stock. Shopfronts provide a smaller-scale frontage for local trade within the broader industrial setting. Midvale, Midland and Hazelmere are the closest comparison markets.
