Beaconsfield is a south-eastern Melbourne suburb spanning the Shire of Cardinia and City of Casey, about 44 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Old Princes Highway is the traditional commercial road. The suburb combines established settlement with ongoing suburban development in the Cardinia and Casey growth corridor.

The local market is an office and consulting market, with medical or consulting suites and office suites and floors suited to local services.
