Bayview

Bayview is a hilly Northern Beaches suburb in Northern Beaches Council, about 25 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Pittwater Road is the main access road, with the suburb bounded by Pittwater and close to Mona Vale, Church Point and Kuringai Chase. Its commercial activity is concentrated around yacht importers, charter operators, floating marinas and waterfront kiosks.

Bayview is an office and consulting market, with office suites and floors forming the permitted commercial stock in a primarily residential waterfront suburb. Newport, Mona Vale and Avalon Beach are nearby comparisons.
