Bathurst

Bathurst is a regional city in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales and the seat of Bathurst Regional Council. William Street and Howick Street form part of a historic city-centre grid with ornate gold-rush-era buildings, civic landmarks and the Macquarie River nearby. Mount Panorama sits close to the CBD, while the city is also a centre for education, tourism and manufacturing.

Bathurst has a mixed commercial market, with office suites and floors, shopfronts and warehouses and factories supporting the regional economy. Kelso, Robin Hill and Orange are nearby comparisons.
