Baringa

Baringa is a new suburb in the Sunshine Coast Region, about 74 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Hancock Way is part of the emerging street network of the suburb, which was established in 2017. Aura Boulevard and Bells Creek Arterial Road connect Baringa with Nirimba, Bells Creek and Caloundra West.

Baringa is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories forming the permitted commercial stock. Corbould Park, Caloundra West and Caloundra are nearby comparisons.
