Barangaroo

Barangaroo is a harbourside area at the north-western edge of Sydney's central business district in the City of Sydney, about 1 kilometre from the Sydney CBD. Tower One Avenue and International Towers Avenue run through a redeveloped commercial office precinct beside the harbour. The area was transformed from shipping and stevedoring facilities into offices and recreational spaces.

Barangaroo is an office and consulting market centred on office suites and floors in a high-density city setting. The Rocks, Sydney and Pyrmont are nearby commercial comparisons.
