Balgowlah

Balgowlah is a northern Sydney suburb in the Northern Beaches local government area, about 10 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Sydney Road and Condamine Street form the main commercial area, with Stockland Balgowlah, major retailers and bus connections to Manly, Seaforth and the city. The precinct occupies the site of the former Totem Centre.

Balgowlah is an industrial and distribution precinct, with warehouses and factories supported by office suites and floors. Seaforth, Manly and Freshwater are nearby commercial comparisons.
