Baldivis is a residential town in the City of Rockingham, about 43 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Settlers Avenue is the main commercial street at the Baldivis Town Centre, which includes shopping, food and professional office activity. The Kwinana Freeway runs through Baldivis, connecting the town with Perth and Bunbury.

Baldivis has a mixed commercial market focused on office suites and floors and development sites around its growing town-centre and business areas. Port Kennedy, East Rockingham and Rockingham provide nearby comparisons.
