Athol Park

Athol Park is a north-western suburb of Adelaide in the City of Charles Sturt, about 10 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD. Grand Junction Road is the main road and industrial spine, with Hanson Road defining the eastern side of the suburb. The northern portion is light industrial, while the southern portion is residential, and Adelaide Metro bus routes serve the area.

Athol Park is an industrial and distribution precinct with warehouses and factories and office suites and floors. The stock is concentrated in the light industrial area and supports practical business, logistics and employment uses. Wingfield, Gillman and Regency Park are nearby comparison markets.
