Asquith

Asquith is a northern Sydney suburb in Hornsby Shire, about 22 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Pacific Highway is the main commercial road through the suburb, with Asquith railway station and the Hornsby Maintenance Depot nearby. The suburb contains part of Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park on its eastern side and is served by Northern and North Shore rail services.

Asquith is an industrial and distribution precinct with warehouses and factories and shopfronts. The stock combines practical commercial premises with local trading uses along the highway and station corridor. Hornsby, Belrose and Wahroonga are nearby comparison markets.
