Armadale

Armadale is an inner south-eastern suburb in the City of Stonnington, about 7 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. High Street is the principal trading strip, with heritage buildings and railway access at Armadale and Toorak stations. The suburb has a long history of nineteenth- and twentieth-century development and includes heritage places such as Armadale House and Armadale Primary School.

Armadale is an office and consulting market with shopfronts, medical or consulting suites, and office suites and floors along and behind the High Street strip. Premises are generally integrated with the established village streets and heritage residential fabric. Malvern, Toorak and Caulfield North are nearby comparison markets.
