Alfredton

Alfredton is a western suburb of Ballarat in the City of Ballarat, about 105 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Learmonth Street is a main suburban road, with Production Drive forming an estate-style commercial spine. Alfredton lies west of Lake Wendouree and includes the Arch of Victory and the start of Ballarat's Avenue of Honour, which extends towards the Western Freeway.

Alfredton is an industrial and distribution precinct with warehouses and factories serving Ballarat's western side. The stock is suited to practical commercial and employment uses along the road network rather than a traditional central shopping strip. Delacombe, Sebastopol and Wendouree are nearby comparison markets.
