Aldinga Beach

Aldinga Beach is an outer southern suburb of Adelaide in the City of Onkaparinga, about 41 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD. Lacey Drive is the main local commercial street, with development focused around the newer suburban area. The suburb sits west of Aldinga and includes a well-known beach, aquatic reserve and the Silver Sands holiday area to the south.

Aldinga Beach has a mixed commercial market, with warehouses and factories, development sites, and medical or consulting suites. The market reflects an outer growth setting where purpose-built commercial premises and new development can sit alongside local services.
