Albert Park is an inner suburb in the City of Port Phillip, about 3 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Bridport Street is a neighbourhood trading strip of cafes and shops, while Victoria Avenue is known for cafes, delicatessens and boutiques. The suburb has heritage buildings, wide streets, terraced houses and mature trees, and includes Albert Park and Lake, the Albert Park Circuit and tram routes 1 and 12.

Albert Park is an office and consulting market built around shopfronts, office suites and floors, and medical or consulting suites in small-scale commercial settings.
